TOGETHER IN FAITH. You may have seen that the Diocesan fund-raising campaign has now concluded and has now moved on to Westminster Diocese. Bishop Peter is very grateful to all who have pledged support and are donating over the five-year period, raising a total of ten-million pounds. As you recall, these funds are for the upkeep of our growing number of retired priests, the training of our seminarians, the ongoing formation of clergy and laity and for parish projects. Our parish pledged the magnificent sum of £319,239.50p over five years, which is enough to fund new pews for St Thomas Aquinas and a new toilet for All Saints. As you know, we had hoped to extend All Saints Church by building a new sanctuary but we did not reach our target on this one.
On behalf of our sick and retired priests, on behalf of our student priests and on behalf of the active clergy and laity, may I thank you one final time for your generosity to the Together In Faith campaign.

MoPSA (Missionaries of the Poor) are holding a fundraising Ball in Northampton on 11th May with the opportunity to meet the West Indies Test Cricket Team, who will be attending (now that doesn’t happen everyday). Tickets are £40., available from Monica Basham (tel. 01604 870314) or see poster.

OUR LADY OF FATIMA PRAYER GROUP meet 2 pm 24th March at Lena and Pietro Zeolla, 8 The Limes, Bletchley, MK2 (07960 826144).

SINEAD CALLAGHAN, aged 17, a member of Phoenix Youth Group invites all young parishioners, aged 12-18, to an evening she has organised called “Oh My God”. Includes games, activities, reflection and meditation for Lent. Come along! 6.45 – 9 pm Thursday 29th March at All Saints Church.
