SABBATICAL UPDATE.  Fr Michael has just completed “Leg One” of his sabbatical.  He has had a very enriching month in All Hallows College, Dublin attending the “Water Your Roots” course from which he has been renewed and recreated.  The lectures were varied and of the highest quality (the profs being on campus), ranging from Irish literature to deep theology plus plenty of time to pray. Fr Michael has made many new friends from all over the world and renewed his acquaintance with some old ones (Rahner, Balthasar etc.).  He has also had a great time exploring the beautiful Emerald Isle, despite the cold, wet weather!  He now heads off for a month of silence, in the UK, to digest all that he has experienced.
