SECOND COLLECTION today ‘Day For Life’.
Proceeds go to the Anscombe Bioethics Centre (formerly the Linacre Centre for Healthcare Ethics) and other life-related activities supported by the Church. Literature available if you wish to know more. 

BAPTISMS Welcome to Jessica Pozzuto; Poppie Guilfoyle; Finley Guildfoyle and Ann Allen Folsom who are all to be baptised today.Every blessing upon their parents.

IMPENDING CLERGY MOVES All the priests who are moving parish this summer, which includes Fr Michael and Fr Joseph, have received their official letters of appointment from Bishop Peter. Their new appointments will take effect from 1st October which is some time off yet.
We hope to organise a Mass of Thanksgiving for their years of ministry and have a “bit of a do” afterwards. Please listen for announcements nearer the time.

FR CLEMENT KARATHI our friend from Kenya will be with us from 8th August for a couple of months, supplying in our parish over the summer. If will be nice to see Fr Clement again.

PARISHIONERS ARE CORDIALLY INVITED to the Official Opening at the Bletchley Mausoleum – Selbourne Avenue
2 pm 26th August
The event will be attended by Mr Iain Stewart MP as well as local councillors and executive members of the Italian Mausoleum Committee and Mausoleum Management Ltd (MML – the construction company).
MML will also be introducing the next development phase following growing interest from the general public.
Parishioners will have an opportunity to ask pertinent questions and record any interest with MML.

Kathleen Tollenaar, aged 89, late of Portrush Close, whose funeral was on Thursday.
Raymond Hevey, late of Rickley House, Corrigan Close, whose funeral was on Friday.
