FEAST OF THE EPIPHANY OF THE LORD

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS TO THE SICK AND HOUSEBOUND Eucharistic Minister crosses and lapel badges have now arrived.  If you are a Eucharistic Minister and would like one please call in to the Parish Office to collect one.  If you still require the updated service cards, these are also available.

CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS MASS A big thank you to all the children who took part in the Nativity Story at St Thomas Aquinas Church on Christmas Eve. We are very grateful to the adult organisers and helpers without whom it could not have happened

CHRISTMAS CHURCH MUSIC The music this year was truly wonderful and we are indebted to our music groups for their hard work and dedication to this important ministry. 

FOR 2014 ADMISSIONS There is no need to enclose a Baptism Certificate with your supplementary form for Bishop Parker, St Thomas Aquinas or St Paul’s School if your child was baptised here in Bletchley.

SCHOOLS ADMISSION 2015 Diaries for 2014 are available from the Parish Office.  You will need one if you require a reference for your child for Catholic Primary School. Diaries no longer required for St Paul’s School admissions.

DIARY SIGNING 2014 If you have been given a diary for 2014 school admission please ensure it is stamped every weekend before mass and after mass i.e “two stamps are required per Mass”.

Diaries will be stamped at the 9am and 11am Sunday Masses at the back of All Saints Church at a designated table.

St Thomas Aquinas Church 6pm Saturday Mass the diaries will be stamped in the Sacristy located at the front of the church on the left hand side.

Diaries will not be stamped after mass has started, so please ensure that you arrive in church in plenty of time.

John Newton who’s funeral was on Friday 3rd January 2014.

Patrick McSherry aged 72 late of Lovatt Fields Retirement Village whose funeral is on Monday 6th January 2014, 1.15pm at Crownhill Crematorium.

Regina Headington aged 75 late of Holyport, Maidenhead whose funeral is on Monday 6th January 2014, 2pm at Crownhill Crematorium.

Bridget Josephine Sykes aged 90 late of Bletchley House whose funeral is on Friday 10th January 2014, 10.30am St Thomas Aquinas Church.

Michael O’Gorman aged 85 late of Whaddon Road, Newton Longville whose funeral is on Monday 13th January 2014, 12.30pm All Saints Church.

Please remember the families in your prayers at this sad time.

 Fr Prince and I were truly humbled by your generosity this Christmas, we are very thankful for your kind gifts, cards and Christmas offering collection which amounted to £2,261 each.
