SIXTH SUNDAY OF EASTER

“As the Father has loved me,

so I have loved you ….”

NOISE and BEHAVIOUR IN CHURCH

For a number of weeks parishioners have complained to me about the levels of unnecessary noise, as well as “bad behaviour” in church.  We understand the difficulties and challenges that many of our parents face but when a child is becoming uncontrollable we do encourage you to take them out of the Church for a few moments until they have calmed down. Secondly, it is unsafe for your child and others if they are left to run around the Church and does not instill in them the reverence that a Church building demands. We do acknowledge the considerable effort many of our parents make in preparing their children to come to Mass and the good example they set for them. Please keep up the good work.

Let us work together to make the

Church a place of calm and quiet welcome.
