CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD Before Christmas we said goodbye to our Year 3 children, some of whom we’ve got to know well over the years. They celebrated the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time and will now remain in church as they prepare for Holy Communion. We will keep them in our prayers. We look forward to welcoming new little ones as they turn 3 and are able to sit attentively. Please do not put our volunteers in an awkward position by bringing children under 3 into liturgy. Parents are welcome to settle their little one in for a week or two but should not be coming in on a regular basis. If a child is unable to settle please leave it a while before trying again. Please note that a diary does not necessarily mean a child is old enough to attend liturgy. Thank you for your cooperation.

DIARY STAMPING

If you have been issued with a diary in order to obtain a reference from Fr Christopher for a place in a Catholic school in September 2017, please ensure that your diary is now stamped before and after Mass.  At All Saints Church diaries are stamped at the table at the back of Church, on the left as you enter the main door.  At St Thomas Aquinas Church, diaries are stamped in the Sacristy, on the left hand side by the statue of the Sacred Heart.  Please ensure that there is a recent photograph of your child on the inside cover of the diary.
