LENTEN DAY OF RETREAT

The Good News of God’s Mercy-reflections on the Gospel of Luke. Saturday 13th February from 10.00am -4.00pm  at Christ the King, Kents Hill.  This special retreat day will be led by Brian Purfield , an experienced  retreat giver who is also a Scripture scholar and a member of Mount Street Jesuit Centre, London. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Please bring sandwiches for lunch.

MISSIONARIES OF THE POOR SUPPORT ASSOCIATION (MoPSA) are holding a fund raising event in the Parish Hall at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Leighton Buzzard, 1.30-3.30 pm Saturday 5th March  “Totally Gorgeous”!  It will be a sale of good quality, new and nearly new women’s clothes and accessories, even complete outfits.

 

 

DIOCESAN MASS FOR MARRIED LIFE

The Holy Ghost Catholic Church,

Praise will start at 11.30 am followed by Mass at 12 Noon. It has been suggested that travelling to Luton train station would be advisable due to the lack of parking around the church.  Bishop Peter will give his Pastoral Blessing to those couples celebrating significant milestones in their marriage, i.e. 10: 20: 25: 30: 40: 50 years etc.  If you are celebrating a ‘milestone’ please contact Eamonn & Paola McMorrow on:     07412151517 or at mfl@nores.org.uk

Do you have any spare time to look after the Reception Desk, for a couple of hours per week – Fridays especially, at the West Bletchley Wellbeing Centre (adjacent to the Parish Council Offices) in Whaddon Way (opposite All Saints Church)?
