CAR PARKING AT ALL SAINTS CHURCH

Over the last two Sundays parking tickets have been issued by the local authority to parishioners who have parked illegally on double yellow lines in Corfe Crescent. We have also received complaints from our neighbours regarding inconsiderate parking. Cars parked on the edges of the car park have also prevented others from parking in the bays nearest the Church and therefore the car park is left with usable car parking spaces that cannot be accessed. Please also remember that “Disabled bays” in the car park are only to be used with those who have disabled badges! Please park considerately. If the car park is full or you need to get away quickly after Mass please park legally elsewhere. Please remember that as Catholics we should be setting an example to others, especially our neighbours. At the moment lack of care when parking is causing unnecessary aggravation and upset.

Thank you for your co-operation

THE READERS’ ROTA to operate from Saturday 1st April 2017 has now been issued to all E-mail users. If you are not on E-mail and would like a copy of the Rota please contact John Scott on 07743508627

NORTHAMPTON CATHEDRAL DEVELOPMENT CAMPAIGN

Parish Presentation – Sunday 19th March

Our Cathedral in Northampton is the Mother Church of our Diocese. If you have ever visited it, you will be aware of its beauty, but also its limitations in being able to offer hospitality and in accommodating special events and groups. Over the last two years or so, exciting plans have been developed for the future of the Cathedral and Bishop Peter would like you to have an opportunity to hear about them and how you can be involved in making them a reality by lending your support to the Campaign. A presentation is being held during all Masses at All Saints Church on Sunday 19th March, led by Father Mark Floody. We look forward to sharing with you the exciting and ambitious plans for the future of our Cathedral, so please join us if at all possible.
