APPLICATIONS TO
BISHOP PARKER and ST THOMAS AQUINAS SCHOOLS ~ September 2018
If you are currently getting a diary stamped for your child, please note you must complete a Supplementary Form for each Catholic School that you add as a choice. These are now available from each of the School Offices. Diaries need to be handed in to Fr Christopher after the 6pm Mass on Saturday 2nd December or the 9am or 11am Mass on Sunday 3rd Decmber. If you have a sufficient record of Mass attendance then a reference will be sent directly to Bishop Parker or St Thomas Aquinas School. If your child was Baptised in the Parish there is no need to attach their Baptismal Certificate. References will be sent to parents in December/January and the schools will be ‘copied in’. The supplementary forms can, therefore, be returned directly to school.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PARENTS:
SCHOOL ADMISSIONS 2019
If your child will be starting School in September 2019 and you require a reference from Fr Christopher to support an application to a Catholic Primary School, then you will need to register for a diary which is stamped at each Mass as a record of your child’s Church attendance. There will be a Registration evening for parents: 6 pm Monday 11th December – St Thomas Aquinas Church (MK2 2JE) Without a completed diary Fr Christopher is unable to issue references. (Diaries are not required for Catholic Secondary Schools). Copies of the Admission Policy for Bishop Parker School and St Thomas Aquinas School can be found on each school’s website.
