PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR NEOPHYTES …After completing the Journey in Faith Programme, Marek, Janos, Iesha & Chun were Baptised and received the Sacrament of Confirmation at the Easter Vigil. Emilda & Adrain were received into full Communion with the Catholic Church and also received the Sacrament of Confirmation at the Easter Vigil. Please support them with your prayers.

Do you miss someone? Would you like to talk about it? Our Parish Bereavement Group gives you the safe space to share your grief following the loss of a loved one. We listen and talk about those who are gone and reflect on our faith to guide us through.

DIARIES FOR SCHOOL REFERENCES… do not need to be stamped this weekend. It will be assumed that everyone with a Diary has attended Mass.

A reminder that in England and Wales you are permitted to receive Communion either in the hand or directly on the tongue. If however you are holding a child in your arms or one hand is impeded please receive directly on the tongue.
When receiving on the hand please hold out both hands and do not take the Host from the priest / minister with your fingers, instead allow the Host to be placed in your hands.
Please consume the host in front of the priest / minister before either going to receive from the chalice or returning to your seat.
Self intinction (dipping the host in the Chalice) is never permitted in the Catholic Church.
If you are not a Catholic then please do come forward to receive a blessing placing your arms across your chest.

MARRIAGE CARE – specialists in relationship support
We are the national Catholic charity offering professional relationship counselling to all types of couples and individuals at no fixed charge. We currently have some capacity for couples counselling which takes part in the West Bletchley Counselling Centre across the road from All Saints Church on Whaddon Road. So if your relationship is in crisis or just feels frayed around the edges (or you know someone who needs our help) we can help you and your partner to explore ways of repairing any damage. CAFOD The latest CAFOD coffee events raised £149. Many thanks for your continued support.

NEW UK DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS come into effect in May 2018 and will mean stricter policies in the way Parishes handle personal data. We are awaiting directions from the Diocese on the new policies. As is the case already however please be aware that our Parish Office is not permitted to share addresses and telephone numbers with third parties. Please therefore do not request such information.

REQUIESCAT IN PACEM Please pray for the soul of
Pauline Pratt, whose Funeral Service will be on Wednesday 4rd April, 2:45pm at Crownhill Crematorium.

Patricia Morton, whose body will be received into All Saints Church on Monday 9th April at 4pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday 10th April, 11:15am at All Saints Church.

Elettra Merola, whose Funeral Mass will be on Friday 6th April 9:30am at St Thomas Aquinas Church.

The Church and Her Sacraments
This 6 weeks course will address the Catholic Church’s teachings on the sacraments. What are the sacraments, their origin and meanings? How can we as Catholic engage fully in sacramental life?
19th April Session One – Baptism and Confirmation
26th April Session Two – The Eucharist
10th May Session Three – -The Sacraments of Healing
17th May Session Four – Holy Matrimony
24th May Session Five – Holy Orders
31st May Session Six – Sacramental and Funerals
The sessions will take place on Thursdays (dates shown above) from 8pm to 9pm in St Thomas Aquinas Meeting Room (MK2 2JE). It is advised that parishioners wishing to attend this programme will need a copy of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

APPOINTMENT OF A NEW EXECUTIVE DEPUTY HEADTEACHER FOR BLETCHLEY CATHOLIC SCHOOLS FEDERATION Following a successful interview process the Governors are delighted to announce that our new Executive Deputy Headteacher of the Bletchley Schools Federation is Miss Roisin O’Loughlin. Roisin has worked within the Federation since 2010, at St Thomas Aquinas School, and is very excited about taking on this new position. Please pray for Roisin as she prepares to take up her new role in September.

Many thanks to our small army of volunteers who have helped prepare for and taken part in the Easter Celebrations. We are indebted to our musicians, servers, readers, Extraordinary Ministers, Sacristans, cleaners, launderers, flower arrangers, parish welcomers, catechists and our Confirmandi as well as all those who do the little jobs and tasks that go unseen and unnoticed.
