The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children has released a new petition:- “Stop the attack on peaceful freedom of expression and freedom to pray outside abortion centres”. See at the back of the church.

PARISH SAFEGUARDING
Awareness Session for Group Leaders
All Group Leaders in the parish are invited to an awareness session entitled ‘What is exploitation’ on
2nd October 2018 at St Mary’s Parish Hall, Aspley Hill, Woburn Sands, MK17 8NN. Arrival at 1.30pm for a 2pm start until 3.30pm. The session is being facilitated by the Thames Valley Police Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Manager, under the theme of safeguarding and vulnerability . Please contact Marie Day (Parish Safeguarding Rep) if interested.

ANNUAL HOLIDAY
Fr Christopher is taking his annual holiday from Sunday 10th June until Monday 25th June. In his absence please direct all clergy matters to Fr Benedetto and all general enquires to Jo at the Parish Office. Fr Gladson Dabre OSA an Augustinian Priest from London will be helping out in the Parish while Fr Christopher is away.
