Please pray for repose of the soul of
Deborah Elves, whose Funeral Mass will be at St Thomas Aquinas Church at 10:45am on Tuesday 16th July.

We offer our sincere sympathy and the loving support of our faith and prayers to all the recently bereaved.

FAREWELL TO FR BENEDETTO…
After serving our Parish with dedication and love over the last four years Fr Benedetto will be leaving us at the end of August to take up his new post as Parish Priest of Blessed John Henry Newman Parish in High Wycombe. He goes with our prayers and our love and we thank him for all he has contributed to the life of our Parish. He will be greatly missed but at least he won’t be too far away.

…HELLO TO FR EMMANUEL OKAMI
A priest of the Diocese of Ilorin, Nigeria, Fr Emmanuel has been serving as an Assistant Priest in the Parish of Our Lady of Peace, Burnham for the last 9 months. He has a wealth of experience and we look forward to welcoming him as our new Assistant Priest in September. We pray he will be very happy amongst us here in Bletchley.

TEMPORARY CHANGE TO MASS SCHEDULE (x2)
On Thursday there is a Leaver’s Mass at Bishop Parker School. As Fr Benedetto is also away there will be NO 10am Mass at All Saints Church on Thursday 17th July. On Saturday 20th July Fr Christopher and Fr Benedetto will be attending David Donaghue’s Ordination at Northampton Cathedral so there will be NO 9:30am Mass and NO 10:00am Confessions on Saturday 20th July at St Thomas Aquinas Church.

A NEW PRIEST FOR OUR DIOCESE
Please pray for Rev David Donaghue, who is to be Ordained Priest by Bishop Peter at Northampton Cathedral on Saturday 20th July at 11:30am. You are very welcome to attend. Some of you may remember David from the month he spent in our Parish on placement as a student in 2018. David, who is originally from Northampton, was ordained a Deacon in June last year and has just completed his studies at St Mary’s College, Oscott. It is expected that he will be appointed as an assistant Priest to a Parish in our Diocese during the Summer.
