REQUIESCANT IN PACE
Please pray for repose of the soul of
Nellie Prichard, whose Requiem Mass will be at All Saints Church at 3pm Friday 2nd August.
Alberto Marcucci, whose Funeral Service will be at Crownhill Crematorium at 1:15pm Tuesday 6th August.

We offer our sincere sympathy and the loving support of our faith and prayers to all the recently bereaved.

FAREWELL TO FR BENEDETTO…
After serving our Parish with dedication and love over the last four years Fr Benedetto will be leaving us at the end of August to take up his new post as Parish Priest of Blessed John Henry Newman Parish in High Wycombe. He goes with our prayers and our love and we thank him for all he has contributed to the life of our Parish. He will be greatly missed but at least he won’t be too far away.

…HELLO TO FR EMMANUEL OKAMI
A priest of the Diocese of Ilorin, Nigeria, Fr Emmanuel has been serving as an Assistant Priest in the Parish of Our Lady of Peace, Burnham for the last 9 months. He has a wealth of experience and we look forward to welcoming him as our new Assistant Priest in September. We pray he will be very happy amongst us here in Bletchley.

RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS
Interested in becoming a Catholic? Seeking the Sacrament of Confirmation as an Adult? Want to learn more about your Catholic Faith? If any of these apply to you then we invite you to join our 2019-2020 Journey in Faith Programme. The Course will begin on Thursday 5th September 2019 at St Thomas Aquinas Church Meeting Room (MK2 2JE) 7:30 – 9:00 pm and will continue on Thursday evenings until Easter 2020. Weekly Sunday Mass or Saturday Vigil Mass attendance is essential for those who desire to be Baptised and Confirmed in the Church.

DEMENTIA Friendly MASS
3 pm Tuesday 30th July:
St Thomas Aquinas Church
An opportunity for those with Dementia and their carers to come together to celebrate Mass and spend some time together in a friendly and supportive environment.
All are very welcome to attend.

BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP
Due to low numbers we have unfortunately decided that the monthly parish bereavement group will no longer be running for the time being. If demand increases, we will revisit this decision in the future. If anybody experiencing bereavement and would like support from our members, please contact Parish Office, who will put you in touch with the group organisers who can arrange home visits.
Thank you to all who have supported the group during this time.

MASS STIPENDS FOR ZAMBIA – SEPO
Fr Francis, the Parish Priest of St Agatha’s Parish in Mongu, Zambia, supported by our Parish charity SEPO has kindly offered to say a Mass for your intentions. If you would like a Mass said by Fr Francis please: Write your name on an envelope. Write what / who your intention is for and enclose an offering. We suggest a donation £10 per Mass. Please mark the Envelope “SEPO”. The envelope can be placed in the collection basket, handed in at the Parish Office or given to Fr Christopher or Fr Benedetto.

MATTER OF HEALTH & SAFETY
Please keep the stairs at the back of All Saints Church free. Do not sit or stand on the stairs during Mass as easy and safe access is required at all times. Please also take extra care particularly with young children when using the Lady Chapel where there are lit candles. Young children must be supervised at all times in the Church. Thank you for your co-operation.

The Parish have secured 200 tickets for the performance at Milton Keynes Theatre on
Friday 3rd January 2020, 7pm, Ticket Price £22.
Please fill in a ticket request form at the back of Church and return in an envelope with payment to the Parish Office ASAP. First come, first served.
