Volunteers

The Parish has a wealth of volunteers, the back-bone of the parish. Most are unsung heroes, here are a few whose details may be of use to you:

Parish Welcomer: Jim Butler. If you are new to the parish, please fill in the slip on the weekly bulletin and drop it in the collection basket.

Parish Visit Co-ordinator: Maggie Osgathorpe. Many parishioners are visited; Maggie co-ordinates the visiting.

Parish Safeguarding Representatives: Marie Day (07882713797)  and Andrew Terrey (07984 271499) are always available should you wish to discuss any issue relating to the protection of children or vulnerable adults within the parish.

Parish Ecumenical Representative:  Elizabeth Richardson attends meetings of Churches Together in Bletchley and co-ordinates our participation in ecumenical events.

CAFOD: Our CAFOD parish representative is Maggie Osgathorp. Maggie organises our monthly coffee morning on the third Sunday of the month after 11.00am Mass at All Saints Church in aid of CAFOD and helps to promote our aid to the Third World. Everyone welcome.

Catholic Chaplain at Milton Keynes General Hospital:  If you know of anybody who is going into hospital, please contact the Hospital Chaplaincy on 01908 996061. The days are gone when the Hospital used to be able to  provide us with a list of Catholic patients, so to avoid being missed, please inform Hospital Chaplaincy  or the hospital ward staff that you are a Catholic and that you would like a visit. The priests of the town are on a rota for emergency cover. If you are going into hospital and would like the Sacrament of the Sick beforehand, please contact Fr Gerard who is happy to help.

If you would like to participate or offer your services to any of the Parish Groups, committees, etc, please do not hesitate to contact one of the Parish team.
